20 years experience in industrial machinery with a wealth of knowledge around machinery safety. Passionate about supporting customers with their legal safety requirements and how to gain compliance and remain safe.
Highly competent in collaborative robot safety, machinery risk assessments, PUWER assessments and UKCA and CE marking of machinery.
EXPERIENCE
Matt, has over 20 years experience in industrial machinery, safety consultancy and safety training. Previously, Matt worked for a global safety company in both an engineering and consultancy role, and for a number of years delivered the Certified Machinery Safety Expert® Training Course as well as the City & Guilds 4 day Machinery Safety Course.
Coming from an electrical background, he has a broad and wide view of machinery safety and can often spot things others may have missed.
Matt is one of only a few individuals who specialise in the safety of collaborative robots and is well known and respected within the industry.
